RC COMPACT FREE-STANDING ENCLOSURES WITH REMOVABLE SIDES AND SOLID DOOR

Compact stainless steel enclosures with solid door and removable sides to allow the installation of internal side panels. They can be customized with a range of standard accessories and special machining to customers’ requests. Suitable for use in harsh environments, they provide protection from aggressive substances, for example in the food, pharmaceutical, chemical and naval industries.

RETRACTABLE INTERNAL PLATE. The internal plate is inserted from the front and is designed to make the most of the enclosure depth.

BOTTOM PANEL WITH CABLE ENTRY SYSTEM. Designed to make the most of the space available.

MICRO-CAST HINGES Concealed stainless steel micro-cast hinges for enclosure doors that fit entirely within the enclosure opening.

POLYURETHANE GASKET. Operating temperature range: -40°C +90°C.

TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS

Approval	EN 62208: IP66 IK10 UL508A – CSA 22,2: NEMA Type 1,12,4,4X ATEX: II 3G 3D
Materials	Stainless steel: AISI 304 / WNr. 1.4301. On request: AISI 316 / WNr. 1.4404. Finish: Scotch-Brite Thickness: Body: da 1,5mm / Door and back panel: form 1,5mm / Side panels: da 1,5mm Cable entry plate: galvanised sheet metal Thickness: 2,5 mm.
Body	Made from bent and TIG-welded sheet metal. High-seal M12 top and bottom bushings welded to the body for lifting the enclosure, or fixed to the plinth/feet.
Door	AISI 304 stainless steel concealed hinges; door opening greater than 120°. Cremone bolts on 4 points, ergonomic handle with 3 mm double bit lock (on demand AISI 304 and different inserts). Polyurethane gasket (temp. range -40°C +90°C). A drilled tubular frame strengthens the door and is used to install accessories (from B600mm up). Double door version: double hinged doors (with RH main door).
Provided	Grounding accessories and pallet packing.
Customization	Drilling to drawings and ad hoc solutions.
