CL ENCLOSURES WITH POLYCARBONATE DOOR

Low voltage watertight stainless steel enclosures with door with a clear polycarbonate window. Designed for use in harsh environments with very high temperatures, ideal for the food, naval, chemical and petrochemical industries. These enclosures can be customized with a range of standard accessories, special machining and ad hoc or co-designed solutions to customers’ requests.

SAFE ROUNDED EDGES. To prevent accidental cuts when the enclosures are handled all the edges are bent and the corners blunted.

POLYURETHANE GASKET. Operating temperature range:-40°C +90°C.

REAR FIXING DEVICES. For fixing the enclosure to the wall (or directly onto equipment) without the need for machining that could alter the protection rating.

MICRO-CAST HINGES MICRO-CAST HINGES in stainless steel with opening greater than 120°.

Materials	Stainless steel AISI 304 / WNr. 1.4301 On request AISI 316 / WNr. 1.4404 Finish: Scotch-Brite. Thickness: from 1,2 mm. Cable entry plate: galvanised sheet metal. Thickness: 2,5 mm.
Body	Single-body construction bent and continuously welded, four M6 blind bushes on the body for wall attachment without the need for machining.
Door	Door: AISI 304 stainless steel concealed hinges; door opening greater than 120°. 4mm thick transparent polycarbonate window. Chromed zamak 3mm double bit lock (on demand, AISI 304 and different inserts). Perimeter polyurethane gasket (temp. range -40°C +90°C).
Provided	Grounding accessories and cardboard packing
Customization	Drilling to drawings and ad hoc solutions.
